Sales Commission Agreement

DEFINITION

This agreement is between both the company and the employee who is paid via sales commissions. Salespersons are employees of the company (not independent contractors) and are expected to abide by our company Handbook and all policies & standard operating procedures. The company puts a high value on our salespersons and believes there is great earning potential. Conversely, salespersons are expected to be ethical with our customers and provide estimates that meet our company gross profit expectations.
