Performance Management
The purpose of this document is to record any coaching session or disciplinary action that takes place between any employee and his/her supervisor. Documented coaching sessions can happen between two people. Any documented disciplinary action must involve at least two people in management; the supervisor and a witness.
The purpose of Performance Management is to work together on improving performance and/or behavior. All documented conversations are to be signed by the employee, the supervisor, and when involved, a witness.
If an employee refuses to sign any documented performance management, then the supervisor is to write in “Refused to Sign” in that signature line.
