30-Day New Hire Check In

The 30-Day New Hire Check-In Form is designed to guide a one-on-one conversation between us and our new team member during their first month of employment. Its purpose is to help us understand how the onboarding experience has gone so far, ensure our new hire has the tools and support needed to succeed, and identify any challenges or training needs early on.

This check-in allows us to strengthen communication, assess overall job satisfaction, and align expectations moving forward. It also gives us the opportunity to review performance, recognize strengths, and work together to set clear goals and development plans for the next 60 days. Ultimately, the form helps us support our employees’ growth, engagement, and long-term success within our organization.
