Incident Policy
Auto accidents, Property damages, Personal injury
For all incidents:
STEP 1: Contact your manager or MOD immediately. If you are unable to reach either within a reasonable period of time, contact another manager.
STEP 2: The manager will work to get the facts and provide you with direction on what needs to happen. You will be required to fully cooperate.
The following are specifics related to each category:
AUTO ACCIDENTS
● Call 911 if injuries warrant such.
● Do NOT admit guilt or promise compensation to others involved.
● Take lots of pictures (damages, wide view of street if safe to do so, VIN number and Plate number off other vehicle(s), insurance cards, DL if they will provide.)
● Attempt to get names, phone numbers, etc to help expedite any claims.
● If you are at fault you are subject to cover a $300 deductible.
● You will be required to have a drug screening.
PROPERTY DAMAGES
● Call 911 if injuries warrant such.
● Do NOT admit guilt or promise compensation to others involved.
● Take lots of pictures (damages, close up and wide view, outside of home with address or location marker).
● If you are at fault, you are subject to cover a $300 deductible.
● You will be required to have a drug screening.
PERSONAL INJURY
● Call 911 if injuries warrants such.
● Injuries must be reported within 24 hours to a manager.
● Self-administration of First Aid is ok when medical treatment is not needed.
● Follow the direction of management as it relates to steps taken when seeking medical treatment.
● A report will be filed for all reported injuries.
● You will be required to have a drug screening for any reported injury.
