Employee Benefits Summary
All full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package covering health, financial security, and paid time off. Benefit enrollment must be completed within 30 days of hire, with most coverage starting after 60 days of employment. The company provides 100 percent employer-paid basic medical, dental, and vision plans, along with employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability. Employees may elect additional voluntary coverage at their own cost.
