Coaching & Disciplinary Form

This document explains how we address performance or behavior issues. The goal is to set clear expectations, provide support through coaching, and, if needed, use progressive discipline to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional workplace.

At a Glance:

  • Start with coaching to guide improvement.

  • If issues continue: written warning → final warning → termination (serious cases may skip steps with HR approval).

  • Suspension may be used while incidents are reviewed.

  • All meetings require a manager and witness; refusal to sign is documented.

Common Reasons for Action:
Attendance problems, insubordination, poor performance, misconduct, and policy violations.
