American Water & Mold Handbook Addendum

An addendum to the standard handbook applicable to American Water and Mold. This addendum addresses time off acquisition. Instead of having a floating holiday American Water and Mold Employees shall be allowed to accrue 56 hours of sick pay leave per calendar year (previously 48 hours) with no more than 112 being accrued at any one time.
